What You’ll Do As a Commercial Painter at HTI Painting, you’ll be involved in every stage of the project, working on a wide range of tasks including: Surface preparation and masking Applying paints and coatings Detail finishing and touch-ups Installing specialty finishes including vinyl wall coverings Assisting with epoxy floor installations Maintaining clean and organized job sites Working safely and efficiently as part of a team HTI Painting works on projects of all sizes throughout the Midwest. What We’re Looking For Successful team members are: Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work Dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking Comfortable working independently and with a team Open to learning and professional growth Professional in appearance and communication Requirements Ability to work in fast-paced environments Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel overnight when needed Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications English fluency or bilingual Drywall finishing experience Why Join HTI Painting?
