Hiring Full‐Time Delivery Drivers – $17.50/hr, Weekly Pay, Paid Training Start a stable delivery career with McAllister Delivery (FedEx Ground Contractor). We’re hiring drivers based out of the Pittsburg, KS terminal, serving Northeast Oklahoma and Southeast Kansas. No experience needed — weekly pay, fast hiring, and a supportive team.

⭐ Pay & Schedule

• $17.50/hr starting pay
• Full‐time: 5 days/week (6 during peak season)
• Weekly pay

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Deliver packages safely and on time
• Operate a FedEx Ground delivery truck
• Load/unload and inspect your vehicle daily
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service

⭐ Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• • KS/OK licenses accepted
  • MO applicants need Class E before start date
• Pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screen ( includes THC )
• Lift up to 150 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable transportation and communication

• You can make ~200 stops/day and lift packages up to 150 lbs with help of a dolly
• You can work Saturdays year‐round and Sundays in Nov/Dec
