Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living per care plan (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe techniques
- Assist with meal service, hydration, and nutrition monitoring; support feeding as needed
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ health, mood, or function to the care team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment; assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
- Follow facility policies, infection control practices, and safety protocols; participate in rounds and care conferences

Requirements
- Ability to perform activities of daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
- Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately
- Ability to maintain safe, clean living environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings and nights
