Requirements Current CPR & First Aid certification Valid Food Handler’s Card Negative TB test (current per state guidelines) Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona) Two forms of valid identification Ability to pass background check, DMV check, and drug screening Compliance with all State of Arizona regulations.
