Medical Assistant Opportunity

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Massachusetts who is currently seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to assist them on a contractual basis.

Position Details

Position Title: Medical Assistant

Location(s): Burlington, MA

Schedule Details: 40 hours/week Monday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM; Tuesday and Wednesday shorter shifts as needed

Department/Setting: Pediatrics

Job Description: Provide Medical Assistant support within a pediatric practice; work directly with patients, families, and clinical staff; utilize EPIC for charting and documentation

Start Date: ASAP once cleared

Contract Duration: 13 weeks with likelihood of extension; potential temp-to-perm opportunity in the future

Contract Requirements: Medical Assistant training and/or experience required; 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferred; pediatric experience preferred; no national certification required; EPIC experience strongly preferred; reliable local commute strongly preferred; high school diploma or GED required; BLS certification required by start date

Pay Information: $25/hour; $1,000 weekly gross
