CNA LTC/SNF

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and feeding.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
  
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  
  
• 
  Follow facility policies regarding infection control and patient confidentiality.
  
  
• 
  Support documentation and record-keeping for patient care activities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current CNA certification required.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or possess valid exemption documentation.
