Responsabilidades principales: Asistir y trabajar directamente con el Responsable de Contabilidad para apoyar los procesos financieros. Informes financieros : Ayudar a preparar estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales (por ejemplo, balances, cuentas de resultados) en cumplimiento de los Principios Contables Generalmente Aceptados (GAAP) y las directrices regulatorias. Controles internos : Ayuda en la formulación e implementación de controles y políticas internas para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas legales y organizativas, identificando y resolviendo discrepancias. Operaciones contables : Asistir a las tareas contables diarias, incluyendo cuentas a pagar, cuentas a cobrar, entradas de cuentas y mantenimiento general del libro mayor. Presupuestos y previsiones : Apoyar el desarrollo y seguimiento de presupuestos y previsiones financieras, analizando diferencias y proporcionando información para la toma de decisiones. Apoyo a la auditoría : Coordinar y apoyar auditorías internas y externas, preparando la documentación necesaria y coordinándose con los auditores. Mejora de procesos : Implementar y mejorar los sistemas contables, optimizar los procesos financieros y mejorar la eficiencia operativa. Colaboración en equipo : Trabajar estrechamente con el Controller, el equipo de contabilidad y otros departamentos para proporcionar información financiera, formar al personal y garantizar informes precisos. Cualificaciones Formación : Normalmente se requiere una licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado. Experiencia : Al menos 3-5 años de experiencia progresiva en contabilidad. Habilidades técnicas : Dominio de software de contabilidad, QuickBooks y Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel. Habilidades blandas : Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, atención al detalle, excelente comunicación (escrita y verbal), liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborativa. Conocimientos : Conocimiento profundo de los GAAP, la regulación financiera y los estándares específicos del sector. El conocimiento de las leyes fiscales y el cumplimiento es esencial.
