Position Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families with exceptional customer service.
• Check patients in and out efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Answer phones and assist parents with questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate communication between the clinical team and families.
• Help create a positive and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous dental front office experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
