Student IT Helpdesk & Campus Support Specialist

University of Oklahoma IT is hiring a Services Specialist to provide customer support in our Service Centers. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with technical support, and coordinate with multiple IT teams to resolve incidents on campus. Shifts run 8am–8pm CST, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work.
