Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the service line required. License: Active nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required. Must-Have: - Travel experience strongly preferred. - Advanced procedure experience required. - Ability to assist or circulate during advanced GI procedures such as ERCP, PEG placement, EUS, Spyglass, FNA/FNB, Capsule endoscopy, Bronchoscopies, and EBUS. - Experience with moderate sedation and pain management is preferred. - Must be able to work 5 shifts of 8 hours each, plus call. Description: Seeking a skilled RN with experience in endoscopy. The role requires advanced procedural support in various GI procedures. Candidates must have a strong background in patient care. Travel experience is strongly preferred. The position involves working with diverse patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an endoscopy unit. Responsibilities include assisting with procedures and patient assessments. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role requires compliance with all necessary health and safety regulations. A mandatory drug screening will be conducted upon arrival. Candidates should avoid anything that could result in a positive drug screen prior to arrival.
