Supply Chain Clerk - FT

$18.50/hour Shift Premium may Apply Immediately hiring! What You’ll Do Provide clerical and administrative support to vehicle maintenance, auto body damage, and fleet services operations. Manage inventory records, process purchase and repair orders, handle invoices, and support accounts payable and receivable activities. Order automotive parts, tools, and shop supplies for a fleet of newer vehicles across multiple brands (depending on location). Answer phones, communicate with internal teams and external vendors, and assist with onboarding, training coordination, and general administrative support for on‑site leadership. Ensure parts, supplies, and documentation are accurate and timely to support efficient repairs, reduced downtime, and reliable vehicles for customers.
