A dynamic pharmacy opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist to support a high-volume pet medication mail order and compounding pharmacy. Operating across multiple states including California, Florida, New York, Texas, and Wisconsin, this position offers exposure to a fast-paced environment focused on pet health.
Location: Brookfield, WI
Schedule / Hours:
- Monday through Saturday
- Day shifts
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate prescription verification (PV2) to ensure the safety and efficacy of compounded medications and pet prescriptions
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain workflow efficiency in a high-volume setting
- Adhere to all regulatory and quality assurance standards in pharmacy operations
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume retail pharmacy or any closed-door fulfillment setting
- Familiarity with mail order pharmacy processes and compounding pharmacy operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Job Type:
- Per diem, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate various availability needs
