Senior Product Manager - Consent Management, Data Governance & Analytics Position Summary Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead technology initiatives focused on consent management, data governance, privacy, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong product management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience who can independently drive initiatives from planning through implementation. Must-Haves Proven experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business and product requirements. Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMP), preferably OneTrust. Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and compliance initiatives. Experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions. Understanding of privacy regulations and consent management practices. Experience working in data-driven product environments. Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technology solutions and product enhancements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. Experience managing multiple priorities, coordinating approvals, and driving projects through completion. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and prioritize requirements with business, privacy, and compliance stakeholders. Manage product enhancements and configuration activities for consent management platforms. Translate business needs into product requirements and engineering deliverables. Collaborate with engineering teams throughout development, testing, and implementation. Coordinate stakeholder discussions, secure approvals, and ensure alignment on deliverables. Support analytics and reporting initiatives involving consent and governance data. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing leadership updates. Independently manage assigned initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
