Park Quality Ambassador

What you get to do:As a Park Quality Ambassador, you’ll ensure an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:Interact with others in a positive, professional mannerMaintain general cleanliness, organization, and quality of park facilities, including all park areas, and offices buildingsJanitorial services include trash removal/ disposal, sweeping, mopping, restrooms, storage room cleaning, hard floor/carpet cleaning and sweeping park grounds.Park Prep services to include pressure washing, steaming, gum spotting, hosing, leaf blowing, snow removal/disposal, product stocking, special projects, and placement/removal of umbrellas, tables, trash cans, benches, urns, dispensers and patio heaters.Report any maintenance concerns to leadership in a timely mannerWhat it takes to succeed:A passion for customer serviceExcellent multi-tasking and time management skillsOutstanding communication abilitiesActive listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needsAbility to promote and ensure a safe and secure environmentFlexibility to perform varied dutiesWhat else is important:Must be at least 16 years of ageAbility to initiate conversations with guestsMust be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbsPosition engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shiftPerform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicalsMust be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standardsMust be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat and cold temperaturesMust provide flexible, consistent availability (including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement.Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe situationsMust be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needsAbility to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
