Crystal Clean Maui LLC is Hiring – Cleaning Assistant

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and punctual Cleaning Assistant to join our growing team. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — what matters most is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

This is a part-time, seasonal position working Mondays and Tuesdays through September. As we grow our client base over the summer, additional hours may become available — and team members who are a great fit may be invited to stay on beyond the season. We are looking to hire immediately.

This role is active and requires being on your feet and moving for 6–8 hours per shift.

Primary service areas include Kahului, Wailuku, Kihei, Waiehu, and Lahaina, with occasional jobs in North Shore and Upcountry as well.

Duties Include:

Cleaning residential homes to Crystal Clean standards

Following directions from your Team Lead

Helping maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 position)

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

Must be dependable and a strong team player
