Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for our patients to thrive.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as ordered by physicians
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff and healthcare providers
Participate in care planning and implementation with the interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Arizona
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment, as well as stand and walk for long periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
