What You'll Do

What You'll Learn & Do

• Interact with patients and help put them at ease
• Follow safety, quality, and infection-prevention standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• No previous phlebotomy experience or training (this is a must!)
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• A passion for helping others
• Additional Skills (required): Skill in anticipating and reacting calmly to emergency situations. Ability to follow written protocols. Ability to communicate clearly.
