Required Skills: Valid medical license to practice in Texas Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care and management of labor and delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting Strong clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Prior locum or temporary physician experience Additional certifications such as NRP or RNC-OB Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice, with hospital-based experience preferred Recent clinical practice in a hospital setting within the last 3 years Other Requirements: Must be willing to start on or after 12/31/2025 Ability to work flexible hours, including call shifts Compliance with all hospital safety and credentialing standards Willingness to travel for assignments, with reimbursement covered when applicable This is your chance to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while enjoying a supportive work environment and excellent pay at $195/hour.
