Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN
Facility: LTC/SNF

Location: Mount Olive, NC 28365

Term: contract 7-9 weeks

Shift: 7am -7pm & 7pm - 7am (Three Days in a week includes every weekend)

Pay rate: $36/hr on W2

Start: TBD

Requirements:

State LPN license
BLS/CPR preferred

Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
