About the Role As a Growth Associate , you'll play a key role in supporting customer acquisition, strengthening brand awareness, and driving campaign success. Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll gain practical experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development while preparing for future leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities Represent nationally recognized client brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns. Engage with customers to educate them on products, services, and current promotions. Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. Build positive customer relationships through professional and engaging interactions. Assist with promotional events and retail marketing campaigns. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals. Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, marketing, communication, and leadership development. Growth & Development At Deep Aura Innovations, we believe in promoting from within.
