Apply and share your resume with us today!Primary ResponsibilitiesAs part of the site leadership team, the Production Manager will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team to support our nations war fighters. Agility, flexibility, and creativity will be necessary to successfully navigate production challenges. Responsibilities include:Manage and lead a team of production techniciansMaintain shop organization and 5S, performing weekly 5S auditsBrief team in daily morning meeting on status of production jobsWork with production control team to understand deliverables and deploy resources effectively to support on time deliveryWork with manufacturing engineering to continuously improve production flowWork with quality to understand status of nonconformities and support closure to move forward to the next stepIdentify production roadblocks and escalate to appropriate teamsHold team accountable to adhering to the written production processesIdentify and support execution of continuous improvement projectsIdentify and escalate risks in the production processesMaintain department performance metricsCandidate must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain Secret Clearance.Basic QualificationsCandidate least 5+ years manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.Prior supervisory experiencePrior exposure to precision machining and assembly processesExperience with MRP/ERP systemsUnderstanding of GD&TProficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Preferred QualificationsBS degree in engineering, logistics, or businessLean manufacturing experience with Six Sigma certification.Prior experience in Deltek CostpointSecret Security ClearanceIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
