Rental Technician - Limelight Mammoth

Seasonal (Seasonal) Job Title: Rental Technician Location: Limelight Hotel, Mammoth Lakes, CA Terms: Seasonal, full- and part-time roles available Pay: $20/hour base wage, plus tips Requirements Passion for skiing/snowboarding. Previous hospitality experience preferred. Expect weekend and holiday work. Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. Skill to handle daily guest fitting of ski/snowboard equipment. Primary Responsibilities Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings. Focus on Key Customer Requirements: On Time – Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time Communication – Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service Equipment – Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort Provide equipment support within the hotel. Pickup all scheduled returns from guest accommodations if not returned to the fitting lounge. Set up the next shift and future team members for success. Maintain and improve resort experience through assisting guests in numerous aspects of ski area operations. Secondary Responsibilities Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice. Restocking fitting lounge with extra equipment.
