Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure (SLP - CCC required)
• Previous experience providing SLP services in a school-based setting, especially at the elementary level
• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to support student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services virtually to elementary students in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to students' developmental and academic needs
• Maintain accurate progress records, documentation, and timely reports
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and other relevant school-based meetings via virtual platforms
• Contribute expertise to a positive and inclusive virtual learning environment
