What You'll Be Doing

This isNOT a sales role. Once new business is secured, the account is handed off to you, allowing you to do what you do bestbuild relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately30-40commercialaccounts,becomingthetrustedadvisoryourclientsrelyoneveryday.

• Managingabookofcommercialinsuranceclients
• Buildinglong- termrelationshipswithbusinessownersandkeystakeholders
• Reviewingrenewals,endorsements,policychanges,andcoverages
• Processingcertificatesofinsuranceandpolicyupdates
• Partneringwithproducers,underwriters,andcarriers
• Preparingrenewalproposals
• Answeringclientquestionsandprovidingoutstandingservice
• Identifyingopportunitiestostrengthenclientrelationships
• Keepingaccuratedocumentationandaccountrecords
