What You’ll Work On Build and refine GPT and Claude-powered assistants that streamline property management workflows. Experiment with AI agents that handle scheduling, communication, and reporting. Prototype automation pipelines and workflow tools using modern AI frameworks. Collaborate with leadership to design AI systems that directly impact operations. Test, learn, and ship—quickly. What You’ll Need Curiosity and grit— you’ll learn more here in six months than most do in two years. Some familiarity with Python, API integrations, or AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain) helps, but it’s not required. A track record of building or automating something on your own—even small projects count. A bias toward progress over perfection.
