Role Overview Domino's is hiring a mid‑level Shift Manager (06399) for the Basehor, KS location. This position is part‑time and requires flexible availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Candidates who are unable to meet this availability may apply for the Shift Manager position instead. Job Responsibilities Oversee all operations during the shift, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations. Set an example for the crew and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time. Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area, including flyers and door hangers. Maintain excellent customer service and attendance. Job Requirements and Duties Open availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Basic math skills and the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly. Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Physical stamina to walk, lift up to 50 lb., carry pizzas and supplies, and perform tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, and bending. Ability to read a map, navigate the delivery area, and deliver orders accurately.
