Job Description
Join our team and contribute to studies that make a real impact on patient care. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support clinical trials from start-up through close-out in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coordinate and support clinical research studies, guide patients through study visits and procedures, collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and monitors, perform phlebotomy, and maintain ALCOA-compliant documentation.

Essential Skills

• Clinical research experience.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Bachelor's degree; CCRC certification is a plus (HS Diploma or AS Degree is also considered).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory documentation.
• Experience in cardiometabolic/general medicine.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines.
• Experience in patient recruitment.

Work Environment
The Clinical Research Coordinator will primarily work at 3401 North Central Avenue, Chicago. Since 2005, our facility has participated in more than 800 clinical trials. The team consists of board-certified physicians, licensed clinicians, psychometricians, and dedicated research professionals. As a trusted clinical research center, we support pharmaceutical and biotechnology development across psychiatric, sleep, psychedelics, vaccine, and general medicine indications. Located in Portage Park and serving the greater Chicagoland area, we are committed to providing a safe, well-managed experience for clinical trial participants and contributing to ongoing clinical development through established research operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.50/hr.
