General Production Worker - Aerospace Manufacturing

Job Overview

Join a leading aerospace manufacturing team producing precision metal seals used in jet engines and other high-performance aerospace applications. This position offers hands-on manufacturing experience in a clean, climate-controlled facility with excellent opportunities for growth into machine operation, welding, CNC machining, quality assurance, and inventory roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate roll formers, polishing lathes, and other production machinery.
• Load metal materials and safely run production equipment.
• Polish, finish, and prepare precision metal seals using hand tools and equipment.
• Cut materials and assist with welding operations when required.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, pi-tape, and other measuring instruments.
• Operate semi-automatic TIG welding equipment for designated processes.
• Verify product dimensions, weld quality, and material specifications.
• Complete production tracking and basic data entry using Microsoft Excel.
• Follow all manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow work instructions.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing or quality standards is a plus.
• Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks requiring hand dexterity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
