Community Manager

Job Description As a Community Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners Lead Board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up Manage association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements Review financials and budgets, providing insight and recommendations Oversee vendors, contracts, and capital projects Manage compliance, collections, and risk awareness Conduct site inspections and maintain community standards Coordinate with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center Full‑time Role Address: 3414 Morningwood Drive, Olney, MD 20832 Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 Work Environment: This is a highly interactive, relationship‑driven role. You’ll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio is required.
