Whether you're experienced in fine dining or high-volume food production, this position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your kitchen prowess and contribute to a vibrant dining environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications* Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools efficiently and safely
* Follow food safety sanitizing procedures rigorously to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace
* Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
* Manage food handling processes with precision, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation
* Support food production during peak hours by maintaining high-volume output without compromising quality
* Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines and presentation standards to deliver consistent, mouth-watering pizzas every time *Skills* * Proven experience in food preparation, especially in pizza or similar culinary environments
* Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely
* Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
* Experience with dietary department requirements or dietary aide experience is a plus
* Ability to execute menu planning ideas creatively while maintaining consistency
* Skilled in grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques relevant to pizza making and broader food production
