A growing waste and recycling organization seeking an experienced Hauling Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day fleet, driver, and route operations. This role is centered around improving operational efficiency, safety performance, customer service, and team leadership within a fast-paced hauling environment.


Key areas of responsibility include:

• Managing daily hauling and dispatch operations
• Leading drivers, supervisors, and route teams
• Monitoring KPIs, safety compliance, and productivity
• Overseeing fleet utilization and maintenance coordination
• Driving operational improvements and cost control initiatives
• Supporting customer retention through service execution

Ideal background:

• Waste, recycling, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations leadership experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with routing, DOT compliance, and operational metrics
• Ability to lead teams in a high-volume service environment
