Property Accounting Manager

Burlington, Ma. - Hybrid $130-150K + Bonus Job Description/Responsibilities Serve as the primary accounting liaison with third-party property management companies, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and adherence to ownership reporting requirements. Coordinate annual audits and partnership tax compliance with external public accounting firms. Manage the accounting operations for a portfolio of retail shopping centers Manage small team of real estate accountants Oversee tenant billings, percentage rent calculations, CAM reconciliations, real estate tax recoveries, and operating expense reconciliations. Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Manage the year-end audit process Must haves Bachelors in accounting 5-10 years of accounting experience including at least 3 in real estate Managerial experience
