Independent Contractor – Insurance Property Surveyor We are seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys for Davies Risk Services. Positions are available on a full‑time or part‑time basis. Responsibilities Conduct property surveys for residential and commercial properties. Take photos of the property and record details and overall condition. Prepare and submit survey reports in a timely manner through the PC/Desktop system, including any required attachments. Qualifications Reliable vehicle for travel to inspection sites. Computer with Windows 10 or newer and basic computer and communication skills. Smartphone or digital camera for photographing the property. Reliable home internet connection.
