Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews of journeyman electricians and apprentices on industrial projects.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical installations from start to finish.
- Read, interpret, and enforce electrical plans, specifications, and NEC requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies on the jobsite.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to apprentices and less-experienced electricians.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding job progress and issues.
- Order materials, manage inventory, and track jobsite expenses.
- Troubleshoot, test, and inspect electrical systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards across all phases of work.

- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required).
- 3–5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and motivate crews.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various jobsite conditions (outdoors, heights, confined spaces).
