Material Handler

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Moves castings in different phases of the process to their designated location. Will also be responsible to provide racks, baskets, containers as needed.Job Duties: • Operates a forklift in congested areas around people and equipment.• Move material throughout facility to their designated location.• Provide containers, baskets, racks as needed to keep production moving.• Utilize Plex System to move product within processes.• Supports FPI process flow/covers breaks when assigned.• Organizes empty containers and dunnage inside and outside the plant.Skills and Qualifications:• Experience with operating a forklift.• Comfortable in a high heat environment.• Must be able to read and understand work instructions.• Must be able to write and complete required paperwork and enter information into Plex system.• Must have basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide. • The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day• Ability to lift up to 30 lbsBenefits once hired in!• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • PTO• 401K*This is a drug-free workplace.
