Job Description
Title
Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy Technician - Endo/GI

Schedule
- On-call: 45-minute response time for activation; estimated ~132 hours/month on-call
- Weekends: every other weekend
- Flexible start times

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Endo/GI lab
- Required certifications: BLS plus ONE of the following: MA-Certified, Surgical Tech, or Nursing Assistant certification
- Additional credential: CBSPD / Endoscope reprocessor certification (as applicable)
- Preferred experience with MAC sedation (USAP) and advanced endoscopy procedures
- Epic experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide advanced therapeutic endoscopy support for procedures such as ERCP, EUS, and stenting.
- Assist in routine procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, biopsies, and balloon dilations.
- Handle scopes and manage high-level disinfection/reprocessing.
- Provide intra-procedural assistance and support room turnover and instrument processing.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for patient care, including pediatric endoscopy cases.
