Job Title: Production Associate ($18-$20/hr.)

This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience who are looking to grow their skills and build a long-term career.

• Perform quality inspections on garments and graphic transfers
• Remove and separate finished products from scrap material
• Press graphic components onto garments for decoration
• Count, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Complete production documentation and quality records accurately
• Utilize hand tools, scales, rulers, and measuring equipment
• Move materials and products throughout the production area
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
• Learn and operate production and printing equipment
• Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skillset
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Previous manufacturing or production experience

✅ Experience in general labor, assembly, inspection, or warehouse environments

✅ Strong attention to detail and quality

✅ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

✅ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✅ Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas

Bonus Skills:

• Garment production experience
• Quality inspection experience
• Printing or production machine operation

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liverpool, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
