Powder Coating Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging materials.
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment according to quality standards.
- Load and unload parts throughout the production process.
- Inspect coated parts for quality and proper coverage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general production and material handling duties as needed.
Powder Coating Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
