Clinical Documentation Specialist - Home Health (KC Area)

Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO seeks a Clinical Documentation Specialist for Home Health to review medical records and improve documentation accuracy. You will work with physicians and clinical staff to ensure compliant severity representation and participate in CDI program education. The role requires certification and licensure as an RN in KS or MO, along with an Associate Degree.
