ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) you will provide exceptional customer service, engage customers, handle cashier duties, and work as part of a team. Contribute to store and sales goals. Maintain store appearance: organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure a positive closing experience. Stay informed on newest product offerings and share details to enhance customer experience and sales. Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment reflecting Skechers brand standards. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Strong customer service orientation in an entry‑level retail setting. Drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with cashier duties. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Energy, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency when representing the Skechers brand. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles advantageous but not essential. Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.
