What You'll Earn $21.50 - $27.00 per hour , based on experience Stable, year-round position with consistent hours Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional weekend support may be required) Key Requirements Strong Service Titan software experience is required Previous dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience HVAC industry knowledge is preferred Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Good geographical knowledge of the Charlotte area or strong map-reading skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude What You'll Do Manage technician dispatching and daily service schedules using Service Titan Coordinate return visits and follow-up appointments with customers Oversee the technician on-call rotation Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation Provide timely and clear communication to customers regarding scheduling and service updates Work closely with technicians, managers, and accounting to ensure smooth operations Assist with service invoicing and maintenance contract billing This is an important role where your Service Titan expertise and organizational skills will directly impact our team's efficiency and customer satisfaction.
