Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• ADN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Atlantic Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Infusion RN experience required. Needs to be able to start IVs. Comfortable working with PICC lines, midlines, and portacaths. Able to draw labs peripherally and from PICCs and portacaths. Familiar with and able to administer antibiotics, IVIG, blood transfusions, GI and rheumatoid medications, iron products, and other medications for infusion. Must be able to administer subcutaneous and IM injections.

Preferred Credentials: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associates or Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. On-call required.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
