Position Summary Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, and by monitoring compliance. Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting when needed to determine corrective action. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures. Identify training needs, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences, create a culture of belonging, and support all associates to thrive and perform. Work collaboratively, build strong and trusting relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity. Attract, retain, and develop talent, recognize contributions, act with integrity, and serve customers and members, delivering results with a customer‑first mindset. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience, OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience, OR 2 years supervisory experience. Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience supervising associates. Experience as a Walmart Logistics Manager. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), stock options.
