Supervisor, Patient Access – Providence Holy Cross Medical Center Location: Mission Hills, CA. Full‑time, evening shift (≤ 40 hours). Responsible for supervising patient access operations during the evening shift in the Emergency/Trauma Department. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent education/experience. Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization. At least 3 years of overall experience in a healthcare delivery system, including 1‑2 years in managerial, supervisory, or lead roles. Preferred Qualifications Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP).
