• Maintain accurate and consistent activity in our internal lead management system
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Communicate effectively across multiple channelsface-to-face, phone, text, and email
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions while staying organized and responsive
• Support the overall sales process and contribute to a high-performance team environment
