Healthcare Excel Expert for AI Model Training

This position is designed for professionals with extensive experience in the Healthcare sector, utilizing advanced Excel techniques to enhance the quality of AI training data. Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to address knowledge gaps and enhance AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the Healthcare domain.
• Design realistic, domain-specific Excel tasks based on your professional experience, and provide accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, offering clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

• Demonstrated advanced, professional-level Excel expertise, including advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays), PivotTables, data modeling, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA.
• Hands-on professional experience applying Excel within the Healthcare domain.
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

This is a W-2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC, offering the opportunity to be placed at a leading AI Lab as part of their extended workforce.

Hourly compensation ranges from $70 to $100.
