Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Evening/Night Hours per Shift: 13.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Experience with Medical, DKA, Cardiac, GI, Renal, Sepsis, Trauma, Surgery Description: This is a dedicated Stroke Unit. The unit has 30 beds. There is a 1:4 Nurse to Patient Ratio. Candidates should have experience in managing a variety of medical conditions. Familiarity with critical care and intermediate care is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required. Patient-centered care is a priority. The RN will play a critical role in patient assessment and care planning. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are important.
