Quality Coordinator

Coordinates activities aimed at achieving a continuous state of readiness surrounding quality data reporting and submission. Reviews prepares and completes hospital-wide assessment and improvement activities in order to assure compliance with all State Federal and accrediting agencies and to support optimal patient care outcomes and improved processes.

Education:

Essential: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school

Experience:

Essential: Four Years of related experience

Credentials:

Essential: Registered Nurse-LIC
