Assist leaders with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to additional bonus payment). Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless. Duties may include engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown. Job Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (must be fluent in at least two languages). Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude. Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity. A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong social media presence preferred. Reliable transportation and reside within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within the district as needed. Ability to operate a personal computer. Adherence to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to bend, squat and stretch for inventory and stocking purposes. Required to stand for long periods of time to provide the best customer service. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
