Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in finance, economics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
• We require at least 3 years of experience in fraud strategy, analytics, or a quantitative field.
• We expect a strong foundation in statistics, econometrics, or similar quantitative methods.
• We require advanced proficiency in SAS, SQL, and spreadsheet tools, with the ability to query and work with large datasets to produce actionable insights.
• We need demonstrated experience leading complex projects independently, balancing multiple priorities and delivering results.
• We look for strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with close attention to detail.
• We require excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Preferred: a masters degree in a quantitative field.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in risk management, fraud strategy, or analytics within financial services.

• We develop, maintain, and improve analytics that give management clear insight into fraud trends and account quality.
• We analyze key performance metrics and profitability drivers across the full account lifecycle, turning findings into recommendations that guide strategy and operations.
• We build a deep understanding of operational processes such as underwriting, portfolio management, and collections to identify and address fraud risk drivers.
• We lead and deliver complex projects independently from initial analysis through implementation and ongoing performance tracking.
• We perform ad hoc analysis and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, representing the Fraud Strategy team in collaborative work.
• We communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels to support data-driven decision making.
